Gerald Bluhm has joined the firm.
Gerry is a registered patent attorney, admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Gerry holds a B.S. Math with high honors, and a M.S.E.E., both from Northeastern University; in addition he holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He worked for almost 20 years as an electrical engineer and software programmer for various companies including GTE International Systems, Computervision, Sun Microsystems and the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory until 1996 when he finished law school and joined Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds. Six years later, Gerry moved on to Tyco International (which later merged with Johnson Controls) as in-house patent counsel for almost 20 years.
